Below are some of are common questions


Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Shipping fees are added during check out, you will receive a tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped out so that you will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website.

International Shipping:
For international shipping, charges vary by the amount and distance, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for regular mail and 1 week for express mail depending of your county. ATTN:

Please keep in mind when ordering our wigs, each wig is custom made per order specification. This means from

donor hair follices, wefting unit construction, lace contruction, coloring, styling and so forth.

Manufacturing of your custom made wig typically takes 3-5 business days for natural black wigs and 4-6 business days for processed colored wigs.

All orders are shipped within 12-36 hours from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.  Delivery times will depend on your shipping option but all orders are tracked from our facility to your door.  

Your order in confirmed once order is placed which is why we do not offer returns.

Unfortunately, this is not acceptable once the order has been placed. We will do everything to get your order directly to you, however we do not gaurantee changes made to the address post purchase. If you run into an issue, send an email to support@joibeaute.com with the following:

1. Government Issued I.D. matching the order name.

2. The address new address you wish to send.
3. A picture front and back matching the payment information used to place order.

Thank you for shopping Joi Beautē. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate specific return request on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

All Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion, Tools, and products are final sale.

We will accept returns for specific purchases on the Joi Beautē online store within 7 days from the package received date per the following conditions, including but not limited to:

  • All tags must be attached and all original packaging must be included.
  • Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed,
  • No scents or odors
  • No rips or tears, No other signs of being worn/used/opened.
  • No cut lace or product build up (as if denoting prior wear).

    Refunds for online purchases, will be permitted for defective merchandise within 7 days from the package received date.

    Any exchange request for defective merchandise after 7 calendar days will not be honored. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way.

    For Stylists and Licensed Cosmologists:

    We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin and/or raw hair outside of Joi Beautē,

    Because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions that's why we take care of the hassle for you with our custom colored wigs in over 50+ color variations.

    How to initiate refund:
    Send us an email to support@joibeaute.com with a tracking for the return shipment. All returns will be subject to return shipping feees paod by customer.

    According to Federal law, you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns, and Federal Law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

This is our worst nightmare! Give us a shout and we will do our best to make it right!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personal dissatisfaction. We will use our best skills as stylist to help you get wearbility from your unit.

Custom units are always final sale and we make no guarantees on color services. You will be updated throughout the production process on the color of the wigs.

Inaccurate orders must be notified within 72h of receipt. We will work to get your order to you promptly, and something a little extra for our mistake :)

Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Joi Beautē hair seal on the bundle or wig has been broken!

Postiche

Common questions related to our Wig offerings.


We carry a full range our wigs in different head sizes, colors, densities, curl pattern, and lace construction.

For easy installation and beginner wig wearers we advise sticking to a classic closure unit. This offers lace exchange options for when your wig has exceeded it's wearable lifetime.

We offer Single Donor Double Drawn Raw hair follicles. This means all the hair on each unit comes from one person, that the wefts have been sew with two times the follicles, the lace has been ventilated with twice the follicles, and that the hair in its original state was free from hair color, perm, texturizer, or other chemical manipulations.

Note: All hair once colored, permed, curl activated is no longer Raw Virgin hair. We promise that all color units will start from Raw follicles as to maintain hair quality post-coloring.

All wigs will come styled as shown in photos. For customizable options, go to Custom Order to place an order by uploading a picture.

Unfortunately, all wigs are made to order. Each order must select the head size when adding to cart.

Because we understand that everyone is not a colorist or has access to a color specialist, JB takes care of the hassle by offering custom colored wigs in over 50+ color variations.

If you have a color specialist you have two options for getting their services:

  • Order a JB Classic Natural Black wig that can be lifted to Level 10.
  • Order a 613 unit which can be used for hand painting and watercolor techniques.

For Licensed Stylists and Cosmologists:

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin and/or raw hair outside of Joi Beautē.
